Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship orders within North America.

How long does shipping take?

Most standard shipments are delivered in three to twelve days from the shipping date (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either standard or express), the size of your product order and the final destination. When you make a purchase directly with Arctic, the shipping charge is calculated and displayed on the purchase invoice prior to confirming the order. **Free shipping promotions are at the sole discretion of Arctic Design Corporation and may not apply to all shipments.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order will include a tracking number once the order is confirmed. If you've lost your tracking number, please email us at: hello@arcticdesigncorp.com

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your direct purchase from Arctic Design, please follow the steps outlined in this Return Policy to request a refund. All returned products will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:
(a) Purchase the Product directly from Arctic Design.
(b) Request a return authorization within 14-days of receipt.
(c) Deliver the Product, including all accessories, cases, and parts originally included in the packaging, to Arctic Design in good physical condition within thirty (30) days from the date of your return authorization number.

Do you offer warranties on products?

The warranty period for Helio DSP is valid for 2 years from the date of retail purchase. All repairs and serviced products have a warranty period of 1 year from the date of completion.

What is your 30-day risk-free trial?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day risk-free trial on new products, subject to the sole discretion of Arctic Design. Additionally, we may have B-stock units available for purchase if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option.
