Warranty

Arctic Design Corporation (“Arctic Design") provides a warranty for your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from Arctic Design or an authorized reseller. This warranty is applicable only to the original end-use purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift and is not transferable to any other person or entity. The warranty period is valid for 2 years from the date of retail purchase.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Arctic Design will, at its discretion, take one of the following actions: (A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product, or (C) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price in exchange for returning the product.

It's important to note that this warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, or external causes.

Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of the product will void this warranty.

To obtain warranty service for covered defects, please contact support@arcticdesigncorp.com. Prior to receiving warranty service, Arctic Design may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or sales invoice.

This limited warranty grants you specific rights in addition to any other rights you may have under applicable laws, including your rights against the seller who sold the Arctic Design product to you. However, to the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Arctic Design. Arctic Design disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Arctic Design liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
