How much will shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either standard or express), the size of your product order and the final destination. When you make a purchase directly with Arctic, the shipping charge is calculated and displayed on the purchase invoice prior to confirming the order. **Free shipping promotions are at the sole discretion of Arctic Design Corporation and may not apply to all shipments.

When will I receive my order?

Please note that the number of days quoted for standard and express shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically 1-3 business days) is required for processing in-stock orders.

Most standard shipments are delivered in three to twelve days from the shipping date (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time).

We strive to keep all products sold on arcticdesigncorp.com in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment.

Returns and repairs

Please send us an email at support@arcticdesigncorp.com, and include your invoice number and product serial number. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

If you are dissatisfied with your direct purchase from Arctic Design, please follow the steps outlined in this Return Policy to request a refund. All returned products will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.

Please note that final sale products, shipping and handling charges, and certain taxes paid are non-refundable. Arctic Design reserves the right to decline returns in cases of excessive returns, violation of the Terms of Sale, suspected fraud, or any other prohibited activity.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

(a) Purchase the Product directly from Arctic Design.

(b) Request a return authorization within 14-days of receipt.

(c) Deliver the Product, including all accessories, cases, and parts originally included in the packaging, to Arctic Design in good physical condition within thirty (30) days from the date of your return authorization number.

(d) Include the return authorization number along with your return.

If you send a return without obtaining a return authorization number beforehand, Arctic Design reserves the right to reject the return and will not be responsible for returning any Product sent to us. You assume full responsibility for the Product and bear the risk of loss until Arctic Design confirms receipt of the Product. Arctic Design will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage incurred prior to confirming receipt. Shipping and handling, and any other applicable charges to return the product to Arctic Design is your full responsibility.

To request a return authorization number, please email support@arcticdesigncorp.com, and include your invoice number and product serial number.

In some cases, a signature is required before a package can be left at your location. The delivery driver decides if a signature is needed, based on location, weather conditions and other factors. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.
